Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Databricks.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights.
- Develop and optimize data models and visualizations in Power BI (DAX) to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance in Azure environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure the reliability and integrity of data pipelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Azure Databricks and Power BI (DAX), including:
- Strong data modeling skills.
- Expertise in tabular model design.
- Proficient in writing complex DAX formulas.
- Hands-on experience with DAX optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence (DWBI) using SQL.
- Experience with ETL processes and data visualization.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing technologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
