About the role:
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Creative Brand Designer to take charge of our brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across investor presentations, pitch materials, our website, and LinkedIn company page. You’ll play a key role in designing infographics, refining pitch decks, whilst keeping our brand looking professional and engaging for both investors and clients.
This role is perfect for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with a keen eye for design and a strong talent for visual communication. You will work closely with our CEO and development team to ensure our creative assets align with our wider business objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all assets.
- Produce high-quality infographics that simplify complex data and showcase ByteHire’s impact in the tech hiring space.
- Update and refine pitch decks, as well as investor materials, to effectively communicate ByteHire.io’s value proposition.
- Oversee the design and branding of our website and LinkedIn company page, ensuring a polished and professional look.
- Design interactive landing pages and digital assets that improve user experience and conversion rates for ByteHire’s sales and marketing efforts.
- Create compelling visual content for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Ensure all digital assets (email templates, landing pages, social content) are responsive and optimised for different devices and platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify branding trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the wider team to align creative strategies with business objectives.
Requirements and Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in creative design, branding, or visual communications.
- Proficiency in Design Tools such as Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A strong understanding of brand strategy, visual storytelling, and UX/UI principles.
- Experience designing investor decks, pitch materials, and marketing assets.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Resilient and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude.
- A flexible approach, able to adjust to changing priorities and business needs.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
