We are hiring an experienced Meta Ads Expert to plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. You will be responsible for increasing conversions, reducing cost per result, and improving overall ad performance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Perform audience research and targeting optimization
• Set up conversion tracking and Meta Pixel events
• Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, and brand awareness
• A/B test creatives, ad copy, and audiences
• Monitor campaign performance and daily budgets
• Analyze ad metrics and generate performance reports
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining ROI
• Stay updated with Meta Ads policies and algorithm changes

🧑‍💻 Required Skills

• Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives and funnel strategy
• Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns
• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
• Understanding of CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CPA metrics
• Experience installing and managing Meta Pixel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
